Remote Drum Recording

I am now able to offer remote recording from “Bombora Drum Studio” near Byron Bay, Australia.

House kit is a carefully chosen beautiful 60’s Ludwig with an array of vintage and modern Ludwig brass, aluminium and timber snares. A huge collection of vintage and modern Zildjian cymbals from dark to bright. A large selection of tambourines and hand percussion.

Tracks are recorded with a stereo set of microphones and a mono set of Microphones including Coles 4038, Royers, Beyerdynamic, Soyuz, Sennheiser, Shure, Audix, AKG, Sony, United Technologies fet47 and Solomon LoFreq.

Preamps include Neve 1073’s, Rupert Neve Designs, AEA, Vintech 73’s and valve preamps from Universal Audio (610 and 710’s) and Sebatron.

Some of the artists Whom I have remotely drummed for from Bombora are Pete Murray, Ziggy Alberts, Animal Ventura, Alivan Blu, John Vella, Aohdan, Justin Stewart Cotta, “Tall Poppy” film soundtrack, The Inns, The Sea Benz, Paul Applekamp, The Sidemen, Pimalo and Shelly Brown.
